Is it safe to delete .hdmp files in C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\ERRORREP\UserDumps?

The PCHealth folder contains detailed and uncompressed dumps of errors that Microsoft would be able to use to analyze and assist remotely if you requested their assistance.

In answer to the question – yes it is safe to delete them but if there are a lot of them then you may need to investigate why the host is crashing so much.
